2. Using our website
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:
• Use it in any way that is fraudulent or harmful;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
• Copy, reproduce, or misuse our content, branding, or images without permission.
All content on this site including text, logos, product images, and design is the property of Monsieur Skin and is protected by applicable law.
3. Products
We do our best to display our products and their colours, ingredients, and descriptions accurately. Slight variations in packaging or appearance may occur. Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only — please read the label and use as directed.
Our skincare is not a medical product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you have a known allergy or skin condition, patch-test first and consult a professional if unsure.
4. Prices and payment
• All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) including VAT.
• We accept the following payment methods. (Card payment, Bank transfer)
• Payment must be completed before your order is processed and dispatched.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order where a product has been mispriced.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation. This confirms we’ve received your order — it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:
• The product is out of stock;
• There has been a pricing or product error;
• We suspect fraudulent activity;
• We are unable to deliver to your location. If we cancel an order you’ve already paid for, we will refund you in full.
6. Delivery
Delivery is covered in our Delivery Information page. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns & Refunds can be obtained for unused and unopened merchandise in its original purchase condition and packaging within 48 hours of purchase or delivery. For Hygiene Purpose, we do not offer returns or refunds for used or opened products. We ensure our items are dispatched in tamper and damage proof packaging, however if items get damaged in transit, we will work with you to resolve and/or replace with product/s. If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24hours and we will ensure you are sent the right item/s.

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monsieur Skin will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.
