Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on
weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation by SMS / WhatsApp / email with tracking details where available. You can also reach us any time for an update.
Failed or missed deliveries
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. If our courier is unable to reach you, they will attempt redelivery or hold the package for collection. Repeated failed deliveries may result in the order being returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.
